The Site has been created to provide information about us and to provide our services (the "Service") to you and to each company or entity identified in your account that is related to your use of the Service (each a "Client Company").
We hope the information below answers your questions, and demonstrates Inclusify's commitment to your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies you personally (“Personal Data”) (i) when you provide it to us voluntarily or (ii) when it is provided by the Client Company, in connection with your or the Client Company’s use of the Service. For example, we may collect your name, home or business address, birth date, personal or business email address, personal or business phone number, credit card or other billing information. Personal Data can also include information that identifies your personal relationship with the Client Company including employment or ownership interests (past, present or future).
Client Company Data
In addition to Personal Data, to the extent you are providing information about the Client Company in connection with your or its use of the Service, we collect various information from you about the Client Company (“Client Company Data”). For example, we may collect information about the Client Company’s Board of Directors, capitalization, financing activity, valuation, equity-holders, debt-holders and employees. The Client Company Data is used in the course of delivering the Service to you and other users who are associated with the Client Company, to other users of our Service, and to the Client Company.
When you access or use the Site or the Service we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect metrics on your activities, such as length of visit, which documents you access, and which features of our Service you use. We may also collect data about the type of browser you are using, your IP address, domain names, referring Website address, the device on which it is being used, and the pages you visit while using the Service's web or mobile application. This information may be used in aggregate and without Personal Data to improve security and better understand how our users engage with Inclusify. This information may be shared with the Client Company and its representatives.
Information About Children
Neither the Site or our Service is intended for or targeted at children under 13 and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information from such children. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13, please contact[email protected] so that we may delete the information.
We may use other companies under agreements with us to serve advertisements or other third party content when you visit the Site and use our Service. These companies may collect and use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to the Site or your use of the Service in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie, a third party web beacon and/or pixel tags to collect this information from you when you visit the Site and use our Service.
2. How we Use Your Information
We use your Personal Data in the course of delivering the Service to you and to the Client Company, to improve your experience and our Service, to contact you about additional services that we offer that may be of interest to you and to fulfill our obligations and enforce our rights, such as billing and collection, that arise from any contracts entered into between you and us.
As part of our ongoing effort to educate our users, Inclusify produces analytics that are reported to our clients and other users of our Service and could be used to assist in their decision-making processes. Inclusify may also use or disclose analytics without restriction, including using it for marketing purposes or selling it to third parties. Personal Data is not used in the process of generating, reporting or disclosing these analytics.
User Experience Improvements
Inclusify is constantly striving to improve the Service. As such, Inclusify may collect information about users' experience with the Service. For example, Inclusify may analyze user data to determine what sections of the Service's web application are being visited more often or for a longer period of time, so that we can optimize our Service. We use server logs, crash reports, cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to collect usage data. With the exception of error notices you may receive when using our Service, which may be reported to Inclusify for support purposes, this information is analyzed in aggregate and on an anonymous basis, without disclosing your Personal Data.
